5th Sunday of Easter

(Entrance Antiphon)
O sing a new song to the Lord,
For He has worked wonders;
In the sight of the nations
He has shown His deliverance, Alleluia.

Easter Song

Verse 1
My Lord he died for a kingdom
To redeem the hearts of men.
Now my people don't you weep,
He has risen from His sleep
He lives again, Alleluia!
Refrain
Sing Alleluia, the Lord is Risen!
He is risen indeed, Alleluia!
Verse 2
My Lord came forth like the morning
With the splendour of the sun
Came triumphant from the womb,
From the darkness of the tomb,
The victory won, Alleluia!

I am the Vine

Refrain
I am the vine and you are the branches
Live in me and you will never die.
I am the vine and my father is the keeper
Come to me, let the Spirit bring you life.
Verse 1
Like a tree planted by the living waters
To stretch its roots into the living stream
You will show no distress
in the heat of the drought
But still bear fruit and live
Verse 2
Come to me all you heavy ladened
My yoke is easy, my burden is light.
I will raise you up
on the wings of an eagle.
And to God’s mountain will fly.

Worthy is the Lamb

Refrain
Worthy is the Lamb that was slain
to receive honour and glory.
Worthy are the ones who believe
to receive the goodness of God.
Verse 1
Worthy are You, O Paschal Lamb.
Wisdom and strength belong now to You.
You laid down your life
and died upon the cross:
We've become a people of hope.
Verse 2
Worthy are you, O Bread of Life.
Salvation and joy belong now to us.
By conquering death
and rising to new life,
We've become a people of praise.
Verse 3
Worthy are you, O Risen Christ.
Wonders and signs revealing Your might.
Your power and glory
shine upon our lives
We’ve become your light for the world.

These Alone Are Enough

Verse 1
Take my heart, O Lord,
Take my hopes and dreams.
Take my mind with all
its plans and schemes.
Give me nothing more
than your love and grace.
These alone, O God,
are enough for me.
Verse 2
Take my thoughts, O Lord,
and my memory.
Take my tears, my joys, my liberty.
Give me nothing more
than your love and grace.
These alone, O God,
are enough for me.
Verse 3
I surrender, Lord,
all I have and hold.
I return to you your gifts untold.
Give me nothing more
than your love and grace.
These alone, O God,
are enough for me.
Verse 4
When the darkness falls
on my final days,
Take the very breath
that sang your praise.
Give me nothing more
than your love and grace.
These alone, O God,
are enough for me.

Change Our Hearts

Refrain
Change our hearts this time,
Your word says it can be.
Change our minds this time,
Your life could make us free.
We are the people Your call set apart,
Lord, this time change our hearts.
Verse 1
Brought by Your hand
to the edge of our dreams.
One foot in paradise, one in the waste.
Drawn by Your promises, still we are lured
by the shadows and
the chains we leave behind.
But...
Verse 2
Now as we watch
You stretch out your hands,
Offering abundances, fullness of joy.
Your milk and honey seem distant, unreal,
when we have bread and
water in our hands.
But…
Verse 3
Show us the way that leads to Your side,
over the mountains and sands of the soul.
Be for us manna, water from stone,
Light which says we never walk alone.
And…
