7th Sunday of Easter

(Entrance Antiphon)
O Lord, hear my voice, for I have called to you;
Of you my heart has spoken: Seek his face;
Hide not your face from me, Alleluia.

Easter Song

Verse 1
My Lord he died for a kingdom
To redeem the hearts of men.
Now my people don't you weep,
He has risen from His sleep
He lives again, Alleluia!
Refrain
Sing Alleluia, the Lord is Risen!
He is risen indeed, Alleluia!
Verse 2
My Lord came forth like the morning
With the splendour of the sun
Came triumphant from the womb,
From the darkness of the tomb,
The victory won, Alleluia!

Worthy of Worship

Verse 1
Worthy of worship, worthy of praise
Worthy of honour and glory
Worthy of all the glad songs we can sing
Worthy of all of the offerings we bring
Refrain
You are worthy, Father, Creator
You are worthy, Jesus, our Saviour
You are worthy, worthy and wonderful
Worthy of worship and praise
Verse 2
Worthy of reverence, worthy of fear
Worthy of love and devotion
Worthy of bowing and bending of knees
Worthy of all this and added to these
Verse 3
Almighty Father, Master and Lord
King of all kings and Redeemer
Wonderful Counsellor, Comforter, Friend
Saviour and Source of our life without end

Here I Am, Lord

Verse 1
I, the Lord of sea and sky
I have heard my people cry
All who dwell in dark and sin
My hand will save
I, who made the stars of night
I will make their darkness bright
Who will bear my light to them?
Whom shall I send?
Refrain
Here I am, Lord. Is it I, Lord?
I have heard you calling in the night
I will go, Lord, if you lead me
I will hold your people in my heart
Verse 2
I, the Lord of snow and rain
I have borne my people's pain
I have wept for love of them
They turn away
I will break their hearts of stone
Give them hearts for love alone
I will speak my words to them
Whom shall I send?
Verse 3
I, the Lord of wind and flame
I will tend the poor and lame
I will set a feast for them
My hand will save
Finest bread I will provide
'Til their hearts be satisfied
I will give my life to them
Whom shall I send?

Hail Holy Queen

Verse 1
Hail, holy queen enthroned above,
O Maria!
Hail, mother of mercy and of love,
O Maria!
Refrain
Triumph, all ye cherubim;
Sing with us, ye seraphim!
Heav'n and earth resound the hymn:
Salve, salve, salve regina!
Verse 2
Our life, our sweetness here below,
O Maria!
Our hope in sorrow and in woe,
O Maria!

The Summons

Verse 1
Will you come and follow me
If I but call your name?
Will you go where you don't know
And never be the same?
Will you let my love be shown,
Will you let my name be known,
Will you let my life be grown
In you and you in me?
Verse 2
Will you leave yourself behind
If I but call your name?
Will you care for cruel and kind
And never be the same?
Will you risk the hostile stare
Should your life attract or scare?
Will you let me answer prayer
In you and you in me?
Verse 3
Will you let the blinded see
If I but call your name?
Will you set the prisoners free
And never be the same?
Will you kiss the leper clean,
And do such as this unseen,
And admit to what I mean
In you and you in me?
Verse 4
Will you love the 'you' you hide
If I but call your name?
Will you quell the fear inside
And never be the same?
Will you use the faith you've found
To reshape the world around,
Through my sight and touch and sound
In you and you in me?
Verse 5
Lord, your summons echoes true
When you but call my name.
Let me turn and follow you
And never be the same.
In your company I'll go
Where your love and footsteps show.
Thus I'll move and live and grow
In you and you in me.
